New Gundam Ichiban Kuji is a celebration of the Universal Century saga

A new “Ichiban Kuji” prize lottery has been announced by Bandai Spirits, which will be a celebration of the iconic “Universal Century” timeline of the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise.
The new collection is titled “Ichiban Kuji – Mobile Suit Gundam – UNIVERSAL CENTURY SAGA.”

“Ichiban Kuji” is a “no-lose” prize lottery system where every ticket purchased wins an item from a tiered lineup of exclusive merchandise.
This new collection focuses on the rich history of the main Gundam timeline, with a clear emphasis on the fan-favorite 1988 film, Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack.

The main prizes for the new lottery have been revealed, showcasing a lineup of high-quality figures and busts.
The revealed prizes are as follows:
- Prize A: ν Gundam BUSTISAN

A large, approximately 18cm bust figure of the ν Gundam.

- Prize B: Char Aznable MASTERLISE

A high-quality, approximately 25cm figure of the legendary antagonist, Char Aznable.

- Prize D: MS Head Magnet

A collection of four different, approximately 5cm tall mobile suit head-shaped magnets.

- Last One Prize: Sazabi BUSTISAN

A large, approximately 18cm bust figure of the Sazabi. This prize is awarded to the person who buys the final ticket.

The remaining prize tiers, C, E, F, and G, as well as the “Double Chance Campaign,” have not yet been announced.
This new lottery offers a premium collection for fans of the classic Universal Century era.
The lottery will be available at a wide range of retailers, including 7-Eleven, Ito-Yokado, and Youme Town stores.

The price for one ticket will be ¥850 (approx. $5.80 USD / £4.60 GBP).
The “Ichiban Kuji – Mobile Suit Gundam – UNIVERSAL CENTURY SAGA” is scheduled to be released on Friday, the 20th of February, 2026.
