METAL BUILD Strike Freedom Gundam Returns with New “Revival” Version

Bandai Spirits has fully revealed an updated version of a highly sought-after figure based on one of the most popular mobile suits from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny.
This impressive addition to the METAL BUILD line brings back the “METAL BUILD Strike Freedom Gundam” figure as a new “Revival Version” with updated support accessories and revised packaging.

Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny is a highly successful sequel anime that originally aired in Japan during 2004.

The gripping plot follows a devastating conflict between genetically enhanced humans living in space colonies and ordinary humans residing on Earth.

The protagonist, Kira Yamato, pilots the immensely powerful Strike Freedom Gundam during the climactic battles of the war.

This highly advanced machine is designed for overwhelming firepower and unmatched mobility on the battlefield.

It is equipped with the Super Dragoon mobile weapon wing system, allowing it to strike multiple targets simultaneously from various angles.

The original television broadcast gained massive popularity for its fast-paced action sequences and dramatic character development.

The updated figure stands at an approximate height of 19.5 centimeters and incorporates high-quality ABS, PVC, and die-cast metal components.

The design utilizes a unique “paladin” concept, giving the mechanical armor a “holy knight” aesthetic.

It features extensive painted details to enhance the premium texture of the intricate armor plating.

The internal skeletal structure utilizes electroplated joints to create a striking gold appearance that perfectly replicates the glowing frame seen in the animation.

The included left and right high-energy beam rifles can be combined using an original interpretation of the connection gimmick, creating a massive weapon measuring approximately 27 centimeters in length.

The waist-mounted railguns also feature an exclusive deployment mechanism for dynamic action poses.

The Super Dragoon units attached to the wings can be fully detached from the main body.

The set includes a dedicated display base and specialized arm parts, allowing the remote weapons to be showcased in a radial firing formation around the main robot.

The “METAL BUILD Strike Freedom Gundam Revival Version” figure carries a price tag of 38,500 yen (approx. $256 USD / £202 GBP).
