Link Click Live-Action Series Teaser Trailer Revealed

A teaser trailer has been released for the live-action drama adaptation of the popular donghua series Link Click, showcasing the first look at the main characters in action.
The upcoming series features Taiki Sato and Kanata Hongo in the lead roles of Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang, two individuals who use their unique abilities to solve problems by entering the world of photographs.
This live-action production is a collaboration with the streaming giant bilibili and is scheduled to air for ten episodes beginning on April 11, 2026, and concluding on June 13, 2026.
Hiroaki Yuasa, known for his work on the Play It Cool, Guys live-action adaptation, is directing the project.
The production features a script by Atsuhiro Tomioka and Harumi Doki, with Tomioka also serving as the series composer.
Tatsuhiko Saiki is responsible for the musical score that will accompany the time-traveling adventures of the duo at Time Photo Studio.
The newly released trailer also revealed an extensive supporting cast including Shunsuke Kazama, Meari Hayashi, Noriko Nakagoshi, and Yumi Adachi.
Additional cast members appearing in the series include Atsushi Hashimoto, Riku Onishi, Toshio Matsumoto, and Mari Hamada.
Fans of the original animation can also look forward to more animated content as a third season of the Link Click donghua is currently in production.
The first part of the third animated season is expected to premiere in October 2026, continuing the story currently available to international audiences on Crunchyroll.
