Limited Edition Clear Color Xi Gundam Gunpla Kit Revealed for Hathaway Film Release
Bandai Namco has unveiled the full lineup of theater merchandise for the upcoming film Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe, which is set to premiere on January 30, 2026.
This highly anticipated movie serves as the second entry in the trilogy adaptation of Yoshiyuki Tomino’s novel series Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash.
The story continues to follow Hathaway Noa, son of the legendary captain Bright Noa, as he leads the anti-Federation organization Mafty under the alias Mafty Navue Erin.
To commemorate the release, a special “HG 1/144 Ξ (Xi) Gundam [Clear Color]” Gunpla model kit will be sold exclusively at participating theaters starting February 6, 2026.
The Xi Gundam is the protagonist’s mobile suit, a massive machine developed by Anaheim Electronics that integrates Minovsky Flight Craft technology for atmospheric flight.
This limited edition kit features translucent armor parts that showcase the internal mechanical details, presented in an exclusive “Theatrical Release Commemorative Package.”
Alongside the Gunpla, a wide range of goods will be available from the premiere date on January 30, including two versions of the official film pamphlet.
The “Deluxe Edition” pamphlet includes a bonus booklet featuring storyboards drawn by director Shukou Murase, original key animation, and production art, offering a deep dive into the film’s visual creation.
Participating theaters will also offer a “Popcorn Set” that comes with an original shopper bag and a theater-specific bonus item, ranging from acrylic keyholders to art boards, depending on the location.
T-Joy theater locations will also serve a special collaboration food menu that includes a random A5-size foil-stamped coaster as a purchase bonus.

This theater-exclusive kit requires a ticket stub for purchase and is limited to one per person.
It will later be available at THE GUNDAM BASE stores from June 2026.

This set includes the standard pamphlet plus a bonus booklet with director sketches and key animation art.

Select T-Joy Cinema locations will serve unique beam saber style Churro snacks, with each order coming with one of four random A5 foil-stamped coasters (whilst stocks last).
T-Joy Hakata will only serve a set of 3 smaller Churros, which will come in either Mafty or Earth Federation Forces packaging.
Fans unable to visit theaters can purchase selected goods, including the pamphlets and exclusive acrylic diorama, via the “Froovie” section on the Shochiku Store online shop starting January 30 at 10:00 JST.
