Japan is getting Ditto donuts as part of its annual Pokémon collab
Mister Donut has announced a new, special addition to its 8th annual Pokémon collaboration, which is currently running in stores.
This new item, celebrating the chain’s 55th anniversary, is the “Surprising! Ditto’s Donut Tree,” a limited-edition dessert centerpiece available by pre-order only.
The dessert is designed to look like Ditto is hiding among a pile of Donut Pops.
It features an Old Fashioned donut base coated in white chocolate, topped with custard and whipped cream.
The “tree” is built from various Donut Pops and is crowned with a special Ditto-shaped donut, which is a yeast donut coated in strawberry chocolate.
This new pre-order item joins the main collaboration lineup, which launched in stores on November 5.
That ongoing collaboration features several other donuts and exclusive merchandise sets.

The main collaboration donuts and goods sets are available now at Mister Donut locations until late December.
The “Surprising! Ditto’s Donut Tree” is priced at 648 yen (approx. $4.21 USD / £3.20 GBP) and is an exclusive pre-order item not sold in stores.
Net order pre-orders are scheduled to begin on Wednesday, November 12, and will run until December 24.
Product pickup from stores will begin on Wednesday, November 26, and run through Thursday, December 25, or until supplies last.
Orders must be placed at least one day in advance of the desired pickup date.
