Huge new “Angel and Devil” themed My Melody and Kuromi goods collection goes on sale

Cosmetics and lifestyle goods company Shobido has released a new line of merchandise featuring the Sanrio characters My Melody and Kuromi.
The new collection is built around an “Angel and Devil” theme, a popular concept among fans that plays on the characters’ friendly rivalry.

The series of items casts the sweet-natured My Melody as a white-clad angel, while the punkish Kuromi is depicted as a black-clad devil.
This release is part of the ongoing celebration of My Melody’s 50th anniversary and Kuromi’s 20th anniversary, which has also seen collaborations with fashion brands, such as &chouette, and the release of exclusive versions of popular products, including My Melody and Kuromi themed Koala’s March biscuits.
