Huge new 45cm tall plush of Chiikawa’s Momonga set for release

Japanese prize manufacturer Parade is set to release a new, large-scale plush toy of the popular character Momonga from the Chiikawa franchise.
The new product, titled the “Chiikawa Momonga Super BIG Plushie,” will be available as a prize item in amusement facilities.

Chiikawa, created by the illustrator Nagano, is a massively popular series in Japan, known for its cute characters who navigate a surprisingly harsh and challenging world.

Momonga is one of the series’ main supporting characters, a small, flying squirrel-like creature with a cute appearance that often hides a demanding and selfish personality, a trait that has made the character a fan favorite.

This new prize plush is a “Super BIG” version of the character, standing at an impressive height of approximately 45 centimeters.

Its large and cuddly size is designed to make it a highly desirable, high-tier prize for players of crane games and other arcade machines.
The release of this large-scale plush continues the ongoing release of merchandise for the incredibly popular franchise.

As a “prize,” this item will not be available for direct purchase at retail stores and can only be won from amusement facilities.
The “Chiikawa Momonga Super BIG Plushie” is scheduled to be released in arcades across Japan from mid-August 2025.
