Gundam Wing’s Exclusive Tallgeese Fluegel MG Gunpla Kit Finally Returns to the US for Premium Bandai Week 2026

Gundam Wing’s impressive Tallgeese Fluegel Gunpla kit has officially returned to the US, giving builders another chance to pick up the exclusive winged Mobile Suit as part of a major limited-time promotional event.
The “MG 1/100 TALLGEESE FLUEGEL EW” joins a large selection of exclusive Gunpla kits, figures, and other collectibles returning for Premium Bandai Week 2026, which also offers a temporary reduction to the usual free-shipping threshold.

The machine is an upgraded version of Zechs Merquise’s original Tallgeese, modified for space combat with four large wing binders replacing its familiar rear-mounted Super Vernier thrusters.

Its distinctive wings also have a direct connection to Wing Gundam Zero’s appearance in the manga, with components from the damaged Tallgeese Fluegel later used to rebuild the iconic Gundam.
Bandai originally released the exclusive Master Grade kit in October 2021, adapting the Fluegel design into a detailed 1/100 scale model with several newly molded components and additional weapons.

Based on the existing “MG 1/100 Tallgeese EW,” the kit retains the original machine’s internal frame while introducing a completely redesigned head crest, wing assemblies, and equipment.

Its biggest feature is the enormous set of white wing binders, which give the Tallgeese an angelic appearance similar to Wing Gundam Zero from Endless Waltz.

The wings feature articulated sections that can be spread into different configurations, alongside additional thrusters with opening mechanisms that allow builders to recreate the machine’s high-speed movement in space.
Each binder also incorporates Zechs Merquise’s personal eagle emblem, recreated through separate molded parts for additional color detail.

Another major addition is the enormous Tempest Heat Lance, a newly molded close-combat weapon featuring folding side grips and a distinctive multi-colored design.

The lance can be mounted on a dedicated attachment point at the left shoulder, allowing builders to display it alongside the Tallgeese’s round shield.
The kit also includes a Heat Halberd, a large polearm weapon with a detachable handle that can be separated and reconnected for different display configurations.

Other weapons include the familiar Dober Gun and Beam Sabers, giving the finished model a selection of ranged and close-combat equipment alongside its new armaments.
A dedicated sheet of water-slide decals designed by Hajime Katoki is also included, featuring additional markings created specifically for the Tallgeese Fluegel.

Other Gundam Wing Gunpla kits have also received recent US re-releases, including both the Master Grade and Real Grade versions of Tallgeese III from Endless Waltz, which returned together in August 2026.

Another exclusive Master Grade from Glory of the Losers, the “MG 1/100 Gundam Sandrock EW (Armadillo Unit),” also received a US re-release in September, adding large shield boosters and additional armor to Quatre Raberba Winner’s Gundam.
