Gundam Card Game’s New Gundam ZZ and 0083 Themed Booster Set Launches This October
Stardust Trails [GD06] is set to expand the Gundam Card Game later this year with a booster dedicated to Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ and Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory.
The Gundam Card Game brings pilots and mobile suits from across the franchise together in strategic battles, allowing you to combine Unit, Pilot, Command and Base cards when building a deck.
Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ continues the Universal Century story after Mobile Suit Z Gundam, following Judau Ashta as he becomes involved with the Argama and its fight against Neo Zeon.
Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory takes place between the original Mobile Suit Gundam and Mobile Suit Z Gundam, centering on Federation pilot Kou Uraki’s pursuit of Zeon ace Anavel Gato after the nuclear-armed Gundam GP02A is stolen.
The addition of the two series to the Gundam Card Game makes Stardust Trails a fitting anniversary release, as Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ celebrates 40 years in 2026 while Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory reaches its 35th anniversary.
Bringing both series into the same expansion should introduce a varied selection of pilots and mobile suits, ranging from the colorful cast and powerful machines of Gundam ZZ to the experimental Gundam Development Project units and rival aces of Stardust Memory.
The complete card list, rarity distribution, and selection of alternate-art cards have not yet been published, leaving some of the set’s biggest collector-focused additions to be revealed closer to launch.
Booster contents will differ between regions, with the US edition containing 12 cards per pack while packs sold in Japan and participating Asian markets will contain six cards.
Stardust Trails [GD06] is expected to be priced at $4.99 per US booster pack (approx. $4.99 USD / £3.75 GBP) and will be available through most reputable hobby stores and trading card game retailers.
Stardust Trails [GD06] is scheduled to release across the US, UK, and Europe on October 30, 2026, while Japan and participating Asian markets will receive the set on October 31, 2026.
