Fans in Japan to get free exclusive merch at Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Arc movie screenings

Fans who watch “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Infinity Castle Arc Part 1: Akaza’s Return” at cinemas in Japan are set to get two exclusive pieces of merchandise just by buying a ticket to see the film.
This type of gift, known as an “nyūjōsha tokuten,” is a common and popular tradition for major movie premieres in Japan, where limited-edition collectibles are given to ticket holders.
The new film, which premiered in theaters on Friday, the 18th of July, kicks off the highly awaited final arc of the globally popular series.

The attendee bonus for the movie is a two-part gift set.
The main item is a special A5-sized art stand, which is a display piece featuring artwork from a color spread created for Chapter 140 of the manga, created by the series’ author, Koyoharu Gotouge.

This chapter is the point in the manga where the Infinity Castle arc officially begins, making the artwork a highly relevant and symbolic choice for the film’s giveaway.
In addition to the art stand, each gift pack will also include a special A6-sized card.
This card will feature one of six different designs from the promotional posters used to advertise the film in theaters.

The specific poster card included will be randomized, adding a collectible element to the bonus.
This gift set will be distributed to all ticket holders, for both standard and IMAX screenings of the film.
A total of five million sets will be distributed nationwide and the gifts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the distribution ending once the supply at each theater is exhausted.
