Evangelion Officially Launches Huge New 30th Anniversary Merch Collection
Image by Charlotte DavisBandai has officially released a new Evangelion Ichiban Kuji lottery as part of the franchise’s ongoing 30th anniversary celebrations, with a huge Unit-01 figure recreating the iconic Operation Yashima battle leading the prize lineup.
Based on “Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone),” the lottery revisits several memorable moments from the first Rebuild of Evangelion movie through figures of Rei Ayanami, Misato Katsuragi, Pen Pen and the Sixth Angel alongside additional artwork and merchandise.

The release joins a year-long series of projects celebrating 30 years since Neon Genesis Evangelion first aired in 1995, which has already included the huge EVANGELION:30+ festival at Yokohama Arena, anniversary exhibitions, movie screenings and an extensive range of commemorative merchandise.

More recent anniversary releases have included premium Rei and Asuka figures created with traditional Japanese doll maker Yoshitoku, while collaborations with brands ranging from KFC and FILA to multiple major Japanese fashion labels have continued the celebrations throughout 2026.

As with other Ichiban Kuji releases, every ticket guarantees a prize, while the customer who purchases the final remaining ticket at a participating location receives the separate Last One Prize.
Let’s take a look at the complete “Ichiban Kuji Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone)” lineup!.
