Decollate Decoration Arrives on Consoles April 17

Publisher Kemco and developer KANEKODO have announced that the pixel art adventure game Decollate Decoration will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on April 17, 2026.
The title initially debuted for PC via Steam on January 22, 2026, and is now expanding its reach to all major console platforms.
Decollate Decoration is a dark and emotional visual novel that utilizes a pixel art aesthetic to tell a story centered on devotion, loss, and difficult choices in the afterlife.
Players take on the role of a character who has unexpectedly become a ghost and must struggle against fate to avoid being separated from a dear companion.
The gameplay combines point and click mechanics with command selection as the ghostly protagonist attempts to influence the living through poltergeist activity, dreams, and curses.
Because direct communication is nearly impossible for a spirit, the narrative requires strategic choices and experimentation to navigate the branching paths.
The experience features six different endings and is designed for replayability, with each individual playthrough lasting approximately 15 minutes.
In addition to the main story, the console release includes prologue and epilogue side stories along with unlockable bonus illustrations.
The game also provides an ending list and a save function to assist players in achieving full completion of the narrative.
This upcoming April 17, 2026, release marks a significant milestone for the indie developer as they bring their unique blend of supernatural mystery and strategic interaction to a wider audience.
