Creepy Nuts to provide ending theme for Sonic Racing Cross Worlds

Sega has announced that the popular Japanese hip-hop unit Creepy Nuts will be providing the official ending theme song for the game Sonic Racing Cross Worlds.
Creepy Nuts is a duo consisting of the three-time champion rapper R-Shitei and the world champion DJ, DJ Matsunaga.

The group has recently achieved massive global success, with their 2024 single “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” topping charts both domestically and internationally and surpassing 700 million total streams.
This new collaboration brings together the world-famous Japanese hip-hop act and the globally recognisable video game icon, Sonic the Hedgehog.

The song “Get Higher” by Creepy Nuts will be featured in the game as its ending theme.

It will also be added to the in-game “Jukebox,” which will allow players to select it as their regular background music for races.

A new gameplay video has been released, which showcases the song being played in-game.
A free, playable demo for Sonic Racing Cross Worlds is also currently available for download.

The demo allows players to try out the “Grand Prix” and “Time Trial” modes, as well as the game’s machine and gadget customization features, and any save data from the demo can be transferred to the full version of the game.

Sonic Racing Cross Worlds is a new racing game from Sega that features dynamic, ever-changing tracks and the largest roster of playable characters in the series’ history.

The game will also feature a wide range of guest characters as downloadable content, including Hatsune Miku, Joker from Persona 5 Royal, and Ichiban Kasuga from Like a Dragon.

Sonic Racing Cross Worlds is scheduled to be released for consoles on Thursday, the 25th of September, 2025.
