Bandai Reveals Three New Unicorn, SEED Destiny and Gundam X Gunpla Kits

Bandai Spirits has unveiled an exciting new lineup of Gunpla model kits during a recent livestream event.
Revealed during the “Gunpla 45th Anniversary Special Stream Final Episode” on February 2, the announcement features three new additions to the MGSD and High Grade lines.

The Gundam franchise is a cornerstone of mecha anime that has redefined the genre for over four decades.

This wave of releases covers multiple timelines, including the Universal Century featured in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, the post-apocalyptic setting of After War Gundam X, and the Cosmic Era timeline of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny.

These series are renowned for their complex mechanical designs and dramatic storytelling, ranging from political intrigue to survival in war-torn worlds.

Piloted by Marida Cruz, this massive Neo Zeon mobile suit is instantly recognizable by its four large binder wings housing formidable funnel weaponry.

Marking the first non-Gundam unit in the MGSD brand, this kit reproduces the unit’s imposing silhouette with overwhelming detail and articulation.

A heavy artillery mobile suit piloted by Roabea Loy, the Leopard is known for its immense firepower and its role in protecting the Freeden landship.

This completely new sculpt features opening missile hatches and an Inner Arm Gatling that can be deployed without parts replacement.

Pre-orders officially begin on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
