Orders Open for New DECO*27 Inspired Hatsune Miku Nendoroids

Good Smile Company has opened pre-orders for two new figures of the world’s most famous virtual singer.

The “Decomiku (Lightness)” and “Decomiku (Darkness)” Nendoroids are based on original designs by the artist Omutatsu which were created for the legendary Vocaloid producer DECO*27.

The Nendoroid line is a popular series of palm-sized figures known for their deformed, “super deformed” aesthetic, which reduces characters to a cute, large-headed proportion while retaining their key visual traits.

Hatsune Miku is a singing voice synthesizer software who has evolved into a global icon since her release.

DECO*27 is a prominent producer whose music often explores contrasting emotional themes, which is captured here through the two opposing “Lightness” and “Darkness” versions of the character.

These designs reflect the creative vision seen in his music videos and recent live performances, such as the “Hello” concert held earlier this month in Japan.

The Decomiku (Lightness) figure captures the cheerful and energetic side of Miku and is priced at 7,800 yen (approx. $52 USD / £41 GBP).

The Lightness version features three interchangeable face plates which include a smile, a winking face, and an excited face.

For accessories, the set includes a guitar and hand-holding parts that enable interaction between the two figures.

The Decomiku (Darkness) version offers a moodier aesthetic and is also priced at 7,800 yen (approx. $52 USD / £41 GBP).

She includes three different face plates which are a standard face, a winking face, and a side-eyeing face.

She also comes with a guitar and hand-holding parts that allow the two figures to be displayed together.

These special hand parts are designed to create a unified display when both versions are purchased together.

Both figures in this release follow the Nendoroid standard, standing at approximately 10cm in height and constructed from high-quality plastic with dedicated display stands.
