Bandai Reveals 3 New Gundam SEED Figuarts mini Action Figures

Bandai Spirits has revealed three new Gundam SEED Figuarts mini figures featuring Shinn Asuka, Lunamaria Hawke and Cagalli Yula Athha, based on their appearances in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny and Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom.

Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny continues the conflict established in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, while Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom reunites the surviving cast for a new crisis set after the events of the television anime.

Shinn and Lunamaria serve as ZAFT pilots during SEED Destiny, while Cagalli leads the neutral nation of Orb and remains an important political figure in SEED Freedom.

The Figuarts mini line transforms popular characters into compact figures with stylized proportions, expressive eyes and simple articulation designed for small character-focused poses.

Shinn appears in his red, white, and black ZAFT pilot suit and includes an interchangeable right hand holding his helmet, providing an alternative posing option.

Lunamaria also wears her ZAFT pilot suit and includes interchangeable left and right arms that allow her to be displayed holding her helmet against her body.

The matching outfits make Shinn and Lunamaria particularly well suited for displaying together, recreating the close connection shared by the two pilots throughout SEED Destiny.

Cagalli is based on her appearance in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom, wearing the formal suit seen while carrying out her responsibilities as Orb’s leader.

Her interchangeable left and right arms provide a second posing option, while the figure can also be displayed alongside the previously released Athrun Zala.

Each of the three new figures stands approximately 9 cm tall and includes its own display stand, keeping them consistent with the other Gundam SEED characters in the Figuarts mini range.

Bandai Spirits is also reissuing the existing Kira Yamato, Athrun Zala and Lacus Clyne figures, giving fans another opportunity to collect the three Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom releases alongside Cagalli.

Figuarts mini Shinn Asuka, Lunamaria Hawke, Cagalli Yula Athha, Kira Yamato, Athrun Zala and Lacus Clyne are each priced at ¥3,850 (approx. $24 USD / £18 GBP).

Pre-orders for all six figures will open through retailers such as HobbyLink Japan on August 3, 2026.

Kira, Athrun, and Lacus are currently scheduled for re-release in December 2026, followed by the new Shinn, Lunamaria, and Cagalli figures in January 2027.
