HMV and BOOKS SHIBUYA is set to host a themed pop up shop for The Idolmaster Million Live! starting February 27, 2026.
The Idolmaster is a long running Japanese media franchise that began in 2005 as an arcade game where players take on the role of a producer to train aspiring pop idols for the talent agency 765 Production.
This specific event, titled Sparkle Girl Crush! POP UP SHOP, will run until March 15 and is part of the broader Project Imas vision to expand the reach of the characters through physical and digital retail experiences.
The store will feature new merchandise showcasing characters Shiho Kitazawa, Azusa Miura, and Momoko Suou in girl crush style outfits combining sweet and edgy elements.
Fans can expect a product lineup including tin badges, acrylic cards, and three-piece bromide sets featuring the event exclusive illustrations.
Additionally, the shop will offer original mini character goods such as Lucbus acrylic stands for collectors.
Customers who spend at least 2,200 yen including tax on qualifying goods will receive a special novelty gift.
This bonus consists of one random postcard from a set of four unique designs created specifically for this limited time engagement.
