MAO Broadcast Anniversary Pop Up Store at Sunrise World Stores 2026

A pop-up store celebrating the broadcast of the anime MAO based on the popular manga by Rumiko Takahashi will open at six Sunrise World locations across Japan starting March 14, 2026.

This special event titled Rumiko Takahashi Original Work and Draft x Sunrise Brand Works Fair: We are Connected to Tomorrow will be held in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Fukuoka, Kyoto, Miyagi, and Saitama.

The shops will feature an extensive range of merchandise from Inuyasha, Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon, and MAO using visuals from the original manga and anime series.

Fans can purchase a variety of items including acrylic stands, wooden tag keychains, trading scene stickers, and a unique Tetsusaiga weapon ruler.

Visitors who spend at least 3,000 yen including tax on related products at a Sunrise World facility will receive a special bonus gift.

The gift consists of one randomly selected mini Shikishi art board with new illustrations by Yoshihito Hishinuma from a set of three available designs.

Participating venues include Sunrise World TOKYO in Ikebukuro, YOKOHAMA in Kanagawa, HAKATA in Fukuoka, KYOTO in Kyoto, SENDAI in Miyagi, and KOSHIGAYA in Saitama.

This fair provides a unique opportunity for fans to celebrate the legacy of Rumiko Takahashi and the animated adaptations produced by Sunrise.
