Umamusume’s new Legend Race features three fan-favorite champions

A new in-game “Legend Race” event has begun in the popular mobile game Umamusume Pretty Derby.
Legend Races are a recurring, single-player event where trainers can challenge a powerful, pre-set “Legend” version of a horse girl to earn a variety of rewards.

This new event is set at the Tokyo Racecourse and is based on the famous “Japanese Derby,” a 2,400-meter turf race.

Over the course of the event, trainers will be able to challenge three different legendary champions, with a new opponent appearing every three days.
The three featured Legend Umamusume are Winning Ticket, Vodka, and Tokai Teio.

The schedule for the event is as follows (all times in UTC):
- vs Winning Ticket: 10:00 p.m., Aug 21st – 2:59 p.m., Aug 24th

- vs Vodka: 3:00 p.m., Aug 24th to 2:59 p.m., Aug 27th

- vs Tokai Teio: 3:00 p.m., Aug 27th – 2:59 p.m., Aug 30th

Trainers are given three “Legend Race Tickets” for free each day, allowing them to challenge the current opponent multiple times.
By participating in the race, trainers can earn a variety of rewards regardless of whether they win or lose.
The main rewards for the event are “Star Pieces” for each of the three featured horse girls, which can be collected to unlock them as playable characters, as well as the in-game currency, “Carats.”
The new Legend Race in Umamusume began on the 21st of August at 10:00 PM UTC and ends at 2:59 PM UTC on the 30th of August.
