Ouran High School Host Club 20th Anniversary “Limited Shop” at Tokyo Character Street
Image by James RichardsonA new Ouran High School Host Club pop-up shop is set to open this November, bringing the anime’s 20th-anniversary merchandise celebration to another location.
The “Ouran High School Host Club 20th Anniversary Limited Shop” will take place at Nippon TV’s official character store in Tokyo Character Street, following earlier appearances at HMV Sendai and Matsuyama Loft.
Based on Bisco Hatori’s manga, Ouran High School Host Club follows scholarship student Haruhi Fujioka, who accidentally breaks an expensive vase and finds herself working for her wealthy school’s eccentric Host Club.
The anime adaptation originally aired in 2006, with its comedy and romance centered on Haruhi’s relationships with club president Tamaki Suoh and the other members.
The anniversary Limited Shop has previously featured new butler-themed illustrations by Kumiko Takahashi, who served as character designer and chief animation director for the anime.
The artwork depicts Haruhi and the Host Club wearing outfits inspired by the anime’s 25th episode, “The Host Club Declares Dissolution!”.
Merchandise introduced during earlier stops has included illustrated clear files, character-themed acrylic keychains and a color-changing mug featuring Haruhi and her companions.
The anniversary collection has also included a premium decorative mirror featuring Takahashi’s illustrations, alongside additional character goods and display merchandise.
Earlier venues featured photo spots and a purchase bonus offering an illustrated postcard with qualifying merchandise purchases.
The exact merchandise selection, purchase bonuses and display arrangements for the Tokyo Station event have not yet been confirmed, with further details expected through the Limited Shop’s official social media account.
The new location follows the event’s appearances at HMV Sendai from September 15 through September 27 and Matsuyama Loft from October 14 through October 30, 2026.
The “Ouran High School Host Club 20th Anniversary Limited Shop” will run from November 10 through November 30, 2026 at Nippon TV’s Nitteleya Tokyo Station Store on the basement floor of Tokyo Character Street, located at 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
The store’s regular opening hours are 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM daily.
