Gundam Wing’s iconic Wing Gundam Zero has joined Premium Bandai US’s Gundam Winter Fest in spectacular metallic form, with its Gundam Base-exclusive Titanium Finish Master Grade receiving a rare online release.

The “MG 1/100 THE GUNDAM BASE LIMITED WING GUNDAM ZERO EW Ver.Ka [TITANIUM FINISH]” is among more than 200 Gunpla kits and related accessories available through the event, which temporarily brings a selection of normally store-exclusive Gundam Base models to online customers.

Wing Gundam Zero EW originates from New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, the 1997 anime sequel to Mobile Suit Gundam Wing that reunited Heero Yuy and the other Gundam pilots following the end of the original series.

Designed by Hajime Katoki, this interpretation of Wing Gundam Zero replaced the mechanical wings of its television counterpart with four large, feather-like wing binders, giving the Mobile Suit an angelic appearance while retaining its devastating Twin Buster Rifle.

Bandai originally released the Gundam Base-exclusive Titanium Finish Master Grade in December 2022, giving its popular Wing Gundam Zero EW Ver.Ka kit an elaborate metallic makeover.

Based on the standard “MG 1/100 Wing Gundam Zero EW Ver.Ka” from November 2020, the limited edition applies a special Titanium Finish coating to the predominantly white exterior armor, creating a highly reflective surface that emphasizes its four expansive wings.

Selected components also receive gold-colored finishes, providing contrast against the main coating and highlighting details across the completed model.

The Master Grade retains the intricate mechanical engineering of the original Ver.Ka release, developed under Katoki’s supervision with particular attention paid to the movement of Wing Gundam Zero’s signature wings.

Each main wing binder is attached through a jointed support arm with four points of articulation, allowing the wings to spread outward, fold around the Mobile Suit, or move into different positions for display.

The individual feather-like sections can be adjusted independently, with the smaller secondary wings incorporating linked opening mechanisms that provide further posing options.

Together, these features allow builders to recreate Wing Gundam Zero’s appearance during its atmospheric descent and the dramatic wings-spread poses associated with Endless Waltz.

The Mobile Suit’s signature Twin Buster Rifle can be separated into two individual weapons or connected to reproduce its powerful combined firing configuration.

Dedicated support mechanisms built into the forearms help secure the rifles during combat poses, and the weapons can be folded for storage within the large wing binders.

Another feature is the ability to transform the completed Gundam into Neo Bird Mode, an alternative flight configuration introduced through Katoki’s revised Master Grade design.

Both atmospheric and space-flight configurations can be assembled using the included components, with the Gundam’s shield forming part of the transformed machine’s forward section.

Other mechanical details include opening Machine Cannon hatches, movable Zero System components around the head and chest, and a cockpit hatch that reveals a miniature Heero Yuy figure.

The kit’s equipment is rounded out by two Beam Sabers stored within the wing assemblies, interchangeable hands, and a dedicated sheet of water-slide decals for applying further markings.

This Gundam Base edition also comes with a glitter-infused Action Base, allowing the completed model to be displayed in airborne poses that showcase its reflective armor and articulated wings.

Gundam Winter Fest 2026 runs from November 6 at 5:00 PM PST until November 30 at 11:59 PM PST, with Premium Bandai US offering a substantial selection of returning Gunpla kits, Gundam Base limited models, and building accessories throughout the promotion.

The “MG 1/100 THE GUNDAM BASE LIMITED WING GUNDAM ZERO EW Ver.Ka [TITANIUM FINISH]” is currently in stock for $196 through Premium Bandai US, although the limited online allocation could sell out before Gundam Winter Fest concludes.
