Two new Azur Lane craft beers are inspired by Maryland and Colorado

Japanese craft beer brewery DD4D BREWING has announced its third collaboration with the popular mobile game Azur Lane.
This new release, which follows two successful collaborations since 2023, is the first in the series to feature two different beers simultaneously.

DD4D BREWING is known for its creative, small-batch beers and its frequent partnerships with anime and game franchises.

The new collection features two unique craft beers, each themed around a different “ship girl” character from the game.
The lineup for the third collaboration is as follows:
- Scarlet Drumfire (Hoppy Saison)

This beer is themed around the character Maryland. It is a dry Hoppy Saison with tropical hop aromas of papaya, mango, and coconut, and notes of rose and clove from the Belgian yeast.

- Sunset Cavatina (Cold IPA)

Themed around the character Colorado, this is a clean and crisp Cold IPA brewed with pilsner malt and rice. It features bright hop aromas of grapefruit, pine, and passion fruit.

In addition to the beer, a line of exclusive collaboration merchandise will also be released.

The merchandise, which includes T-shirts and acrylic keyholders, will be available as individual items or as part of a “Complete Set.”
The Complete Set, which includes three cans of each beer and all the merchandise, is available exclusively for made-to-order pre-sale on the DD4D BREWING e-commerce site.

The new beers and merchandise will have an advance, in-person sale at the upcoming “Azur Lane EXPO – 8th Anniversary” event.
The event will be held at the Bellesalle Akihabara and Akihabara UDX venues in Tokyo.

At the DD4D booth, attendees will be able to purchase the beers on draft and in cans, and buy the new merchandise.
Exclusive, event-only stickers will also be given away with purchases at the event.
The Azur Lane EXPO is scheduled for Saturday, the 6th of September, and Sunday, the 7th of September, 2025.
The pre-order period for the online-exclusive “Complete Set” begins on Tuesday, the 19th of August, and runs until the 8th of September, 2025.
