Traysia Arrives on Console and PC This April

Ratalaika Games and Shinyuden have announced that the classic 1992 Sega Genesis role-playing game Traysia will be re-released on April 24, 2026.
The title is scheduled for launch across multiple platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
Originally developed by Telenet Japan, the game follows the story of a young boy named Roy who leaves his hometown of Johanna to become an adventurer.
The narrative spans five distinct scenarios and chronicles Roy’s journey through the Kingdom of Salon while a girl named Traysia awaits his return.
This modern port includes several quality of life improvements such as a rewind and turbo function to allow players to adjust the game speed or correct mistakes.
Players will also have access to a save state function that enables progress to be recorded at any point during gameplay.
Visual customization is provided through a variety of screen filters including retro-style monitor and black-and-white options.
The release includes a digital gallery featuring images of the original manual and box design along with a jukebox containing 21 musical tracks.
Cheat functions such as infinite lives and invulnerability will be available for those who wish to reduce the game’s difficulty level.
