The Emperor from Baldur’s Gate 3 gets a massive new “POP UP PARADE SP” figure

Good Smile Company has opened pre-orders for a new figure of The Emperor from the critically acclaimed role-playing game, Baldur’s Gate 3.
The new product is being released as part of the company’s “POP UP PARADE SP” line of collectible figures.

The POP UP PARADE brand is known for its affordable and detailed non-scale figures, but the “SP” line is a special sub-series designed to feature figures with a larger size and more intricate sculpting.

Baldur’s Gate 3, developed by Larian Studios, is a massive RPG based on the Dungeons & Dragons tabletop system that has achieved widespread success and won numerous “Game of the Year” awards.

The Emperor is a pivotal and morally complex character in the game’s main storyline.
He is a Mind Flayer, a psychic, tentacled creature also known as an Illithid, who has broken free from the control of his kind and becomes a powerful, if manipulative, ally to the player.

His true nature and motivations are a central mystery throughout the game.
This new figure is a large, non-articulated statue that stands at approximately 22 centimeters tall, capturing the character’s imposing and otherworldly presence.

The sculpt, created by Hiroaki Nakanishi, details The Emperor’s intricate armor and commanding pose.
The figure is a pre-painted, complete product made from plastic and comes with a dedicated display base.

This release offers fans of the massively popular RPG a new way to appreciate one of its most unique and talked-about characters.
Pre-orders are now open via the official Good Smile Company store and the reservation window will remain open until the 20th of August, 2025.
The POP UP PARADE SP The Emperor is priced at ¥13,000 and it is scheduled to be shipped to customers in January of 2026.
