Telenet Shooting Collection I + II Physical Release Bundle Revealed

Play-Asia has officially announced the upcoming release of Telenet Shooting Collection I + II, a physical bundle for the Nintendo Switch that combines two previously released retro compilations into a single package.
The announcement made on March 30, 2026, confirms that the collection will be available in an Asia English version featuring English language support and box art.

Pre-orders for the physical bundle are scheduled to open on April 2, 2026, with the official launch expected during the second quarter of 2026.
This release includes a total of eight classic 16-bit titles originally developed by Telenet Japan, such as Granada, Avenger, Gaiares, and Psychic Storm from the first collection.
The second half of the bundle features Kiaidan 00, Final Zone II, Browning, and Legion, offering a mix of horizontal and vertical scrolling shooters along with mech-based combat.
The product is designed for compatibility across both the current Nintendo Switch and the upcoming Switch 2 hardware.
Collectors can choose between a Standard Edition and a Limited Edition, the latter of which includes various physical extras.
The Limited Edition set is packed with a mini case, a USB stick card designed after a PC Engine HuCard, an art book, a Joy-Con sticker set, a character magnet, and a numbered certificate of authenticity.

This compilation is a Play-Asia exclusive, meaning it will only be available for purchase through their online store.
The project is part of a continued effort by publisher Edia to preserve and re-release the library of Telenet Japan for modern gaming audiences.
