Street Fighter 6 gets new costumes inspired by the monsters of Monster Hunter Wilds

A new, large-scale in-game collaboration has been announced between two of Capcom’s biggest franchises, Street Fighter 6 and Monster Hunter.
The limited-time event will feature a wide range of new character costumes, free items, and special in-game events.

A highlight of the collaboration is a series of five new “EX Color” costumes for the game’s characters, which are inspired by the monsters from the recently released Monster Hunter Wilds.
The new costumes are as follows:
- Blanka: A color scheme based on the monster Rey Dau.

- Akuma: A color scheme based on the monster Ajarakan.

- Manon: A color scheme based on the monster Lala Barina.

- Cammy: A color scheme based on the iconic Palico companion.

- Ken: A color scheme based on the monster Arkveld.

During the event, the in-game social space, the Battle Hub, will be redecorated with a Monster Hunter Wilds theme, and the iconic monsters Rathalos and Rathian will appear at the photo spot.

All players who log in during the collaboration period will receive a free gift of in-game items, including a special match intro effect, ten different stamps, and two new smartphone wallpapers.

A special in-game voting event will also be held, where players can vote on the outcome of a hypothetical battle between the monster Arkveld and the fighter Akuma.

By participating and reaching community milestones, players can earn a variety of rewards, including four weapon accessories and seven different titles, such as the classic Monster Hunter phrase, “Well Done!”.
In addition to the new content, the previous Monster Hunter-themed “Fighting Pass” will also be re-released.

This pass allows players to unlock avatar equipment based on the classic Rathalos armor and a Palico mask.

New, alternate color versions of this gear will also be added to the in-game shop for purchase.
The Street Fighter 6 and Monster Hunter Wilds collaboration is scheduled to begin on Monday, the 1st of September, 2025, and will run until Monday, the 15th of September, 2025.
