Steel Ball Run’s Valkyrie Gallops Into Medicos’ Super Action Statue Line

Medicos Entertainment has officially opened pre-orders for the latest addition to its popular Super Action Statue collection, bringing Valkyrie from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run to the long-running action figure series.
This new release gives Gyro Zeppeli’s trusted horse its own premium articulated figure, allowing collectors to recreate some of the manga’s most memorable racing scenes.

Steel Ball Run follows former champion jockey Johnny Joestar, who loses the use of his legs after a tragic accident before crossing paths with the mysterious Gyro Zeppeli on the eve of the transcontinental Steel Ball Run race organized by Stephen Steel.

After witnessing Gyro’s unique Steel Ball technique briefly restore feeling to his legs, Johnny enters the race, setting the stage for an unforgettable adventure across America.
The new Super Action Statue captures Valkyrie’s powerful physique, with detailed sculpting emphasizing the horse’s muscular build alongside realistic skin textures and carefully recreated proportions.

Intricate paintwork enhances the rich brown coat while highlighting the contrasting gray mane and tail, with the vibrant purple harness completing the distinctive appearance seen throughout the series.

Even Gyro’s personal luggage mounted on Valkyrie’s back has been faithfully recreated, adding another layer of screen-accurate detail to the figure.

Despite its highly detailed sculpt, Medicos has cleverly concealed many of the articulation points within the musculature to preserve the figure’s natural appearance while maintaining a broad range of movement.

In addition to fully articulated legs, both the ears and tail feature movable joints, allowing collectors to create dynamic galloping, standing and action poses.

Accessories include the pink teddy bear carried by Gyro, a Steel Ball that can be displayed in his hand and interchangeable hands designed specifically for holding Valkyrie’s reins.

Collectors who pair Valkyrie with the previously released Super Action Statue Gyro Zeppeli Ver. 1.5 and its dedicated display stand can recreate dramatic scenes from Steel Ball Run’s cross-country race.

Customers who pre-order through the official Medicos Online Shop will also receive an exclusive interchangeable facial expression for Gyro as a bonus item.

Standing approximately 21 cm tall and 30 cm long, Valkyrie ranks among the largest entries in the Super Action Statue series while delivering the articulation and detailed sculpting the line is known for.

The Super Action Statue Valkyrie from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run is priced at ¥15,400 (approx. $104 USD / £77 GBP), with pre-orders now available through general hobby goods retailers such as HobbyLink Japan ahead of its scheduled December 2026 release.
