Good Smile Company has unveiled the fully painted prototype for its upcoming Snow Miku figure, which features a collaboration with the Sanrio character Kuromi.

The first official image of the completed design has been released on Good Smile Company’s website, providing a clear look at the joint project that was initially announced as an unpainted prototype during WonHobby 39 in February 2025.

The full reveal coincides with the recent Smile Fest 2025 event held by Good Smile Company, and follows a range of Snow Miku and My Melody/Kuromi merchandise that was released earlier this year as part of the annual Snow Miku event in Hokkaido.

Hatsune Miku is a virtual pop idol, a vocaloid software persona whose music and image have fostered a global fan community.

Snow Miku is an annual variation of Hatsune Miku, featuring a unique winter or snow-themed design each year.

Kuromi, from Sanrio, is known for her mischievous yet charming personality and a distinct black, pink, and gothic-lolita inspired aesthetic.

This collaboration merges the aesthetics of two distinct Japanese pop culture figures into a single collectible.

The new figure is designed as a scale model, meaning it will not include additional interchangeable parts or pose options, focusing instead on a static, detailed display.

The figure depicts Snow Miku adorned in a darker outfit, stylized to complement Kuromi’s signature color scheme and design elements.

In the figure, Miku is shown holding Kuromi in her right hand, while Snow Miku’s rabbit mascot, Yukine, appears on the ground beside them.

While the painted prototype provides a glimpse at the figure’s final appearance, details regarding its official release date and pricing have not yet been publicly announced.

However, as the final design has been revealed, it’s incredibly likely that the start of pre-orders for this statue are not too far away.
