Sanrio reveals adorable new Pompompurin and Cinnamoroll Christmas cakes for 2025
A new lineup of Sanrio-themed Christmas cakes has been announced, featuring the popular characters “Pompompurin” and “Cinnamoroll.”
The new, limited-edition cakes feature cute, festive designs, which see Pompompurin wearing a Santa hat, while Cinnamoroll is hosting a Christmas party, surrounded by all of his friends.
The new cakes come in a variety of sizes, with the most popular being “Size 4,” which is approximately 12cm in diameter, making it the perfect-sized dessert for a small Christmas party or after a family Christmas meal.

This cake is a dome-shaped, custard cream cake, designed to look just like Pompompurin.
It features a caramel syrup center that serves as a delicious accent to the pudding-flavored cream.
- Cinnamoroll – Christmas Party Above the Fluffy Clouds
- Price: ¥5,292 (approx. $36 USD / £29 GBP)
This cake features a cute design of Cinnamoroll on a “fluffy cloud.”
It is a cheesecake mousse base, which is topped with a light blue, cloud-inspired cream.
Pre-orders for the new cakes are currently open at supermarkets across Japan, as well as on various online stores such as Yahoo Japan.
