Sanrio Launches Adorable New Cardcaptor Sakura Collab Collection
A charming new collaboration between Cardcaptor Sakura and Sanrio Characters has officially been released, bringing fans a collection of everyday accessories inspired by the beloved anime series.
The collection combines the magical world of Cardcaptor Sakura with fan-favorite Sanrio Characters dressed in Sakura’s iconic costumes, creating a lineup designed for school, outings and daily use.
This new range of collaborative goods follows Sanrio’s recent collaboration with The Apothecary Diaries, continuing the brand’s trend of pairing its iconic characters with popular anime properties.
Cardcaptor Sakura, originally created by CLAMP, follows Sakura Kinomoto as she captures magical Clow Cards, and remains one of the most influential and beloved magical girl series since its debut in the late 1990s.
The Cardcaptor Sakura x Sanrio range is offered in two themed designs, “Perfume” and “Flower,” giving fans a choice of two colorful styles across seven different product categories.
The collection includes Frill Drawstring Pouches priced at ¥896 each (approx. $6 USD / £5 GBP) and Standard Drawstring Pouches priced at ¥649 each (approx. $4 USD / £3 GBP), both featuring printed artwork on the front and back, making them ideal for organizing everyday essentials.
Insulated Tote Bags priced at ¥1,639 each (approx. $11 USD / £8 GBP) provide a practical option for carrying lunches, while matching Bottle Holders priced at ¥1,639 each (approx. $11 USD / £8 GBP) and Multi Cloths priced at ¥539 each (approx. $4 USD / £3 GBP) allow fans to coordinate their mealtime accessories with the collaboration’s whimsical artwork.
A transparent PVC Shoulder Bag priced at ¥1,969 each (approx. $13 USD / £10 GBP) adds a modern touch to the collection with its clear finish, while a Compact Foldable Bag with Storage Case priced at ¥1,639 each (approx. $11 USD / £8 GBP) offers a convenient reusable option for everyday errands.

The Cardcaptor Sakura x Sanrio Characters collection launched at Birthday stores across Japan on July 1, 2026, with online sales beginning through the Shimamura Park Birthday Online Store at 12:00 PM on the same day, although availability may vary by location and some stores may not stock every item.
