Re-Release Confirmed for Gunpla Kit of Gundam Unicorn’s Efreet Schneid

Pre-orders have officially opened for the highly anticipated reissue of a popular Gunpla kit based on Gundam UC.
The returning “RE/100 1/100 Efreet Schneid” provides builders with a unique opportunity to construct a specialized variant of a famous Zeon machine.

Set in the Universal Century timeline, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn takes place several years after the events of Char’s Counterattack.

The story follows a young man named Banagher Links as he becomes entangled in a massive conflict surrounding a mysterious artifact known as Laplace’s Box.

Fans are also introduced to various remnants of the Zeon forces who have maintained and upgraded older mobile suits for modern combat.

The Efreet Schneid is one such machine, standing as a heavily customized descendant of a prototype originally developed during the One Year War.

This specific model utilizes the RE/100 (Reborn-One Hundred) format, which offers the impressive size of a 1/100 scale kit while maintaining a streamlined assembly process.

Bandai Hobby has incorporated a wide array of newly molded parts to differentiate this variant from the previously released Efreet Custom.

These fresh components accurately capture the altered shape of the exterior armor panels and the redesigned backpack.

Builders will also notice intricate new mechanical details hidden inside the shoulder armor sections.

The mobile suit comes equipped with a formidable arsenal, highlighted by its signature collection of fourteen Heat Darts.

These specialized short swords feature realistic molding on the blades and can be utilized as throwing weapons during close-quarters combat.

Fans can mount the daggers directly onto the machine, storing four on each shoulder, four on the left arm, and two on the rear waist armor.

For long-range engagements, the model is packed with a massive Giant Bazooka measuring approximately 180 millimeters in length.

The “RE/100 1/100 Efreet Schneid” is priced at 4,290 yen (approx. £22 GBP / $28 USD).
Online pre-orders opened on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, exclusively through Premium Bandai.
The kit is currently scheduled to begin shipping out to customers in July 2026.
