Pre-Orders Open for New Hatsune Miku Orchestra Nendoroid

Good Smile Company has opened pre-orders for a new figure based on the popular virtual singer, Hatsune Miku.
The “Nendoroid Hatsune Miku HMO Ver.” recreates a design inspired by a classic cover album.

The Nendoroid line is known for taking detailed character designs and scaling them down into palm-sized chibi proportions.
These miniature figures are popular with collectors due to their articulation and interchangeable parts, which allow for a variety of display options.

Hatsune Miku originally debuted as a vocal synthesizer software created by Crypton Future Media.
She has since evolved into a cultural icon, acting as a collaborative muse for countless musicians, producers, and illustrators.

The “Nendoroid Hatsune Miku HMO Ver.” pays homage to “HMO (Hatsune Miku Orchestra),” a 2009 album where Miku covered iconic tracks by the legendary Yellow Magic Orchestra.
Yellow Magic Orchestra, often abbreviated as YMO, was a pioneering Japanese electronic music band formed in the late 1970s.

They are widely recognized as highly influential pioneers in the development of synth-pop, video game music, and electronic dance music across the globe.
The figure is based on a brand-new illustration by artist Kuu, who also illustrated the original album cover over a decade ago.

This updated design brings her classic look into the modern era by incorporating elements of her updated V4X software apparel.
Fans can customize her look using three included face plates, which feature a gentle smile, a cheerful grin, and a playful wink.

The figure also comes with optional accessories, including alternate bangs, sunglasses, a decorative fan, and her signature leek, to recreate the techno-pop aesthetic.
The non-scale figure stands at approximately 10cm in height and includes a standard clear base to ensure a secure display.

Purchasing this figure through the official Good Smile Company online shop includes a random clear card out of three possible designs as a pre-order bonus.
Fans can secure the “Nendoroid Hatsune Miku HMO Ver.” for 9,800 yen (approx. $62 USD/£49 GBP) during the pre-order period, which opened on May 29, 2026, and will close on July 8, 2026.
The figure is expected to ship to buyers in November 2026 and can be purchased via the Good Smile Company Online Store or via reputable hobby goods retailers, such as HobbyLink Japan.
