Pre-orders open for adorable cocoa inspired Hatsune Miku figure
Hobby figure brand S-FIRE has confirmed the release of its latest figure, the “Hatsune Miku Marshmallow Hot Cocoa Figure.”
This particular figure emerges from the third collaboration between SEGA, Bilibili, and POPPRO, an online content submission platform in China.
The collaboration hosted an outfit design contest for Hatsune Miku based on a “Winter Drink” theme, and SUUROKU’s illustration was selected as the grand prize winner.
Hatsune Miku is a virtual pop idol, originating from Vocaloid voice synthesizer software developed by Crypton Future Media, who has grown into a global cultural phenomenon.
Her widespread influence often leads to collaborations with popular brands and even sports teams, including a recent team up with a Japanese baseball team.
S-FIRE has meticulously translated the winning design from the recent outfit design contest into a physical figure.
The figure features an outfit designed to evoke melting milk chocolate and fluffy marshmallows, with careful attention to intricate details on elements like the cuffs and shoe parts.
Even the base, designed as a bar of chocolate, aims to appear strikingly realistic.
The creators intend for the figure to bring a sense of warmth and sweetness to collectors.
The “Hatsune Miku Marshmallow Hot Cocoa Figure” is a pre-painted ABS and PVC complete figure, standing approximately 220mm tall.
The figure is being produced on a made-to-order basis, which means that stock will be limited.
It is priced at ¥12,980 (tax included) and the pre-order period runs from June 27th, 2025, to October 11th, 2025.
The figure is currently set for release in March 2026 and pre-orders can now be placed via the S-FIRE website.
