Pre-Orders Open as Danganronpa’s Nanami Chiaki Joins FREEing’s Bunny Girl Statue Lineup

FREEing has officially opened pre-orders for an enormous new figure based on Chiaki Nanami from Super Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair.
The “Chiaki Nanami Bunny Ver. 1/3 Scale Statue” joins the manufacturer’s growing lineup of oversized premium figures, bringing the Ultimate Gamer to life in an original bunny costume designed exclusively for this release.

Super Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair is the second entry in Spike Chunsoft’s acclaimed high-speed mystery adventure series, where a class of Ultimate students finds themselves trapped in another deadly killing game filled with investigations, courtroom battles, and shocking twists.

Among the cast, Chiaki became one of the franchise’s most beloved characters thanks to her gentle personality, exceptional gaming skills, and unwavering support for her classmates throughout the story.

The new statue presents Chiaki in a specially designed hooded bunny outfit inspired by her character image rather than her original in-game appearance.

Her smile has been carefully recreated to capture the calm and approachable expression that made her a fan favourite, while a custom-designed costume gives the statue the unique look that is synonymous with FREEing’s popular “Bunny Ver.” lineup.

Standing at an impressive approximately 59.5 cm tall, the 1/3 scale figure delivers an imposing display presence that is sure to become the centrepiece of any Danganronpa collection.

The oversized scale allows the sculpt to highlight the intricate details of Chiaki’s costume and overall design while showcasing the premium finish collectors have come to expect from FREEing.

The release also serves as the perfect companion to the previously announced “Junko Enoshima Bunny Ver. 1/3 Scale Statue,” allowing fans to display two of the series’ most iconic characters together.

Junko’s equally impressive release features an original black-and-white bunny outfit enhanced with real fabric fishnet material across both the legs and midriff, while her towering sculpt captures the character’s unmistakable twin-tails, expressive face, and chaotic personality in remarkable detail.

The Junko statue stands at an enormous 65 cm tall, making the pair among the largest officially licensed Danganronpa collectibles ever produced.

Collectors looking to build the ultimate display can now pair the contrasting personalities of Chiaki and Junko in matching premium-scale figures designed to complement one another perfectly.

The “Chiaki Nanami Bunny Ver. 1/3 Scale Statue” is priced at ¥77,000 (approx. $490 USD / £385 GBP), with pre-orders now open via reputable hobby retailers such as HobbyLink Japan until August 26, 2026, ahead of its scheduled January 2027 release.

Pre-orders for the “Junko Enoshima Bunny Ver. 1/3 Scale Statue” are also still open until July 22, 2026, with its release scheduled for February 2027.
