Pokémon Center unveils new “Run Run! Desert” merch featuring Pikachu and Mudbray
The Pokémon Company is set to release a new merchandise line which is based on a unique Western style theme.
The “Run Run! Desert” collection will feature Pikachu and Mudbray, depicting the duo’s desert adventures.
Pokémon, a media franchise managed by The Pokémon Company and originally created by Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures, Inc., has maintained immense global popularity across video games, anime, and merchandise since its inception.
Pikachu is the franchise’s mascot, and Mudbray is a Ground-type Pokémon introduced in the Sun and Moon games, known for its connection to dusty, arid environments.
This collection brings together two complementary Pokémon in a thematic adventure that translates into a variety of lifestyle goods.
The “Run Run! Desert” collection is designed with a Western flair, illustrating Pikachu riding Mudbray through the desert.
The items incorporate pattern designs and badge-style art, making them suitable for everyday use with a stylish touch.
A highlight of the collection includes denim Western hats and Western shirts, both available in adult and children’s sizes to allow for cute matching family outfits.

Additionally, the Pokémon Center Online is currently taking pre-orders for a “Genuine Leather Pikachu Run Run! Desert” figure, priced at ¥38,500.
This limited-time pre-order will close on Monday, July 14th, at 11:59 PM JST, making it a sought after limited edition item for collectors.
The “Run Run! Desert” collection will be available at all Pokémon Centers nationwide starting June 21st, 2025.
Online sales via Pokémon Center Online will commence slightly earlier on June 19th, 2025, at 10:00 AM JST.
It should be noted that Pokémon Center Fukuoka may not carry the collection on the initial release date, as the store will only re-open on the 27th of July following its relocation.
