Palworld x Terraria crossover event announced for Summer 2025

Pocketpair, the developers behind the hit monster-raising open-world survival craft game “Palworld,” have announced that their highly anticipated collaboration with Re-Logic’s beloved 2D sandbox adventure game “Terraria” will be released in Summer 2025.
“Palworld,” which took the gaming world by storm with its unique blend of creature collecting, crafting, and survival elements, has garnered a massive player base across platforms like Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Game Pass, and more.
“Terraria,” a critically acclaimed and long-running indie title known for its vast world, extensive crafting system, and memorable boss battles, boasts a dedicated community of millions worldwide.
The upcoming large-scale update, titled “Palworld: Tides of Terraria”, will open a portal to a brand new adventure that bridges the worlds of “Palworld” and “Terraria.”

In an exciting twist, players will be able to encounter and capture iconic monsters from “Terraria,” treating them much like the Pals in “Palworld” – training them, battling alongside them, and even putting them to work within their bases.

The key visual released for the collaboration prominently features the menacing “Eye of Cthulhu,” one of “Terraria’s” most recognizable early-game bosses.
Beyond the “Terraria” crossover content, Pocketpair has also revealed that the update will include a substantial amount of new content for “Palworld” itself, including brand new Pal species and an entirely new island to explore.
This massive update promises to be a treat for both dedicated “Palworld” enthusiasts and longtime fans of “Terraria.”

“Palworld” is currently available on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Mac.
Pocketpair has stated that further details regarding the collaboration update will be revealed in the lead-up to its summer release. Players of both games have much to look forward to as these two distinct gaming universes prepare to collide!
