One Piece’s Luffy x New York Knicks NBA Collab Figure Launches This October
The ongoing collaboration between the hit anime series One Piece and the National Basketball Association is set to continue throughout this year, with a number of exciting releases on the horizon.
“S.H.Figuarts ONE PIECE×NBA Monkey D. Luffy -NEW YORK KNICKS ver.-” will allow fans of both basketball and anime to add a unique crossover collectible to their collections.
The New York Knicks are currently celebrating their recent 2026 NBA Championship win.
The team achieved a monumental victory by defeating the San Antonio Spurs in the finals, ending a 53-year title drought and bringing the trophy back to New York.
Monkey D. Luffy, the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, is known for his incredible stretching abilities and relentless drive as he aims to become the King of the Pirates.
For this collaborative figure release, the rubber-powered protagonist trades his usual pirate attire for a fresh basketball uniform representing the iconic New York basketball team.
The highly posable figure boasts an impressive range of articulation, allowing fans to effortlessly recreate a wide variety of dynamic athletic and combat poses.
Standing at approximately 14.5 cm tall, the figure comes with an impressive array of accessories to customize its display.
Alongside the main body, three different pairs of interchangeable hands for both the left and right arms are included, as well as two unique interchangeable facial expressions.
The classic pirate look is preserved with the inclusion of two different straw hats, as well as a full set of interchangeable hair parts to accommodate them.

Reservations for the initial production run were open via Premium Bandai from Friday, April 3, 2026, to Sunday, April 26, 2026, with shipping set to take place in October 2026.
Fans still looking to pick up the Luffy x New York Knick’s collab figure may need to look at third-party retailers that may have managed to acquire stock or wait to see if Bandai initiates a second production run, which can be common for popular releases via Premium Bandai.
The figure was only made available to fans in the Japanese market for its first production run, however, due to the Knicks’ recent championship win, Bandai could look to capitalize on the heightened excitement and momentum by bringing the figure to the US Premium Bandai store in the near future.
