One Piece Card Game’s latest booster pack includes new “Red Super Parallel” rarity cards

A new booster pack for the “ONE PIECE Card Game” has been released, featuring a surprising and high-profile artist collaboration.
The new “Carrying On His Will [OP-13]” set was released to celebrate the third anniversary of the One Piece Card Game.

The pack is themed around the bond between the three brothers: Ace, Sabo, and Luffy, and it also features the debut of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, as a new Leader Card, as well as the first-ever card for the enigmatic final villain, Imu.

The most shocking reveal for the new set is that Gege Akutami, the creator of the massively popular manga series Jujutsu Kaisen, has provided guest artwork.

Akutami has drawn the illustrations for the “parallel rare” versions of the five cards representing the “Five Elders,” the highest-ranking officials of the World Government.

This crossover brings together two of the most successful and influential properties from the publisher Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine.
The new set also introduces a new, limited “Red Super Parallel” rarity, featuring a brilliant, fiery red design, as well as special “Wanted Poster” design cards.

As part of the game’s third-anniversary celebration, special “Treasure Campaign Packs” are also being given out with certain purchases of the new set.

The “ONE PIECE Card Game Booster Pack – Carrying On His Will [OP-13]” contains a total of 133 different cards to collect.

A single pack, which contains six random cards, is priced at ¥220.
The new booster pack was released at general retail stores across Japan on Saturday, the 23rd of August.
It will be released in the US and other territories in November 2025.
