One of Anime’s Greatest Heroines Returns as New Shakugan no Shana Statue Unveiled by KADOKAWA

KADOKAWA has opened orders for a brand-new figure celebrating one of the most iconic heroines in anime and light novel history, Shakugan no Shana’s titular heroine Shana.
Shakugan no Shana, written by Yashichiro Takahashi with illustrations by Noizi Ito, debuted as a light novel series before receiving a hit anime adaptation by J.C.STAFF in 2005, following ordinary high school student Yuji Sakai after he is saved by the mysterious Flame Haze warrior Shana and drawn into a hidden conflict against supernatural beings known as Denizens.

The new “Shakugan no Shana (Original Version)” non-scale pre-painted figure recreates Shana as she appeared on the cover illustration for the light novel Shakugan no Shana S III, faithfully capturing the original artwork in statue form.

Standing approximately 15.5 cm tall, the figure emphasizes the flowing movement of her sailor-style school uniform and long hair through a dynamic sculpt that brings the illustration to life.

Carefully applied shading and finely painted accessories enhance the overall presentation, while Shana’s signature fiery red hair features a special pearlescent finish that gives it added depth and brilliance.

Her legendary greatsword, Nietono no Shana, has been recreated with intricate sculpted detail, while the Cocytus necklace worn across her chest has also been carefully reproduced to match the original illustration.

The “Shakugan no Shana (Original Version)” non-scale figure is available to order now through the official Kadokawa online store and select hobby goods retailers, priced at ¥12,100 (approx. $83 USD / £61 GBP).

Collectors ordering through the official Kadokawa online store will receive an exclusive mini autograph board featuring reproduced signatures from author Yashichiro Takahashi and illustrator Noizi Ito.

Meanwhile, customers who place their order through AmiAmi will receive an exclusive B4 clear poster as a retailer bonus.
The figure is scheduled to begin shipping in February 2027.
