NYC’s Mercer Labs announces new immersive One Piece exhibition based on the Wano Arc

A groundbreaking new immersive exhibition celebrating the globally popular anime franchise One Piece is set to take place in New York City.
“ONE PIECE x MERCER LABS” is a collaboration between Toei Animation and Mercer Labs, an immersive art and technology museum.
The exhibition is designed to transport visitors directly into the world of Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Crew, as they embark on one of their most dramatic adventures in the “Land of Wano” arc.

The “Land of Wano” arc is a pivotal and highly acclaimed storyline from the One Piece series.
In this arc, Luffy arrives at the isolated, Edo-period-inspired country of Wano, only to find its people and once-beautiful lands devastated by the tyrannical rule of Kaido, one of the Four Emperors, and his alliance with the shogun Orochi.
As the Straw Hats fight to uncover allies and restore hope to the oppressed nation, the island’s tragic history unfolds, leading to one of the most epic battles in the series.

The exhibition will allow fans to journey through breathtaking digital landscapes inspired by the beauty and turmoil of the Land of Wano.
It will feature engaging installations that aim to bring the legendary saga to life in stunning new ways, through a fusion of art, storytelling, and cutting-edge technology.

Whether visitors are lifelong fans of One Piece or discovering it for the first time, this exhibition offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience the adventure beyond the screen.
The “ONE PIECE x MERCER LABS” exhibition is scheduled to run from Wednesday, October 9th, to Saturday, November 30th, 2025 and will be held at Mercer Labs, located at 21 Dey St, New York, NY 10007.

Tickets are priced at $55 USD for general admission, $50 USD for students, seniors (65+) and youths (4-17), and VIP tickets are available for $75 USD.
You can now purchase tickets via the official Mercer Labs website, and visitors are advised to allow approximately 60-90 minutes to experience all of the rooms and installations.
