New Pokémon bath bombs will focus on Water and Bug types

The latest in a brand new series of “Bikkura Tamago” bath bombs, focusing on all 18 Pokémon types, has been released.
The “Pokémon Type Specific Bikkura Tamago” series has seen the release of individual bath ball products released that contain only Pokémon from one type.
So far, the following types have been released: Dark, Fairy, Dragon, Normal, Electric, Fire, Ice and Ghost.

This innovative line of bath bombs now continues with two more Pokémon types: Water and Bug.
When dissolved in warm water, the bath bomb changes the water from white to a color corresponding to the type, followed by the appearance of a themed Pokémon mascot.

Let’s take a look at each type and see which Pokémon are included in the latest “Bikkura Tamago” range!
Water Type
The Water Type “Bikkura Tamago” offers a refreshing bath experience.

As the bath bomb dissolves, the water magically transforms from white to a vibrant blue, accompanied by a pleasant marine scent. Each bath bomb contains one of five possible Water-type Pokémon mascots.

- Kyogre

- Blastoise

Bug Type
For fans of Bug-type Pokémon, this “Bikkura Tamago” brings the essence of the forest to your bath.

Upon dissolving, the water shifts from white to a calming green, releasing a soothing hinoki (cypress) scent.
Like its Water-type counterpart, it contains one of five possible Bug-type Pokémon mascots.
Bug Type Lineup (1 of 5 types included randomly):
- Volcarona

Each “Bikkura Tamago” set includes one mascot-infused bath additive. The bath additives are designed to resemble Poké Balls and weigh 95g.
As with all “Bikkura Tamago” products, the specific mascot inside is random, adding an element of surprise to each bath.
Priced at 858 yen each, the new bath bombs are now available at select convenience stores and major discount chains such as Don Quijote, as well as some hobby goods retailers.
