MegaHouse launches new affordable figure line with Gundam GQuuuuuuX’s Machu
MegaHouse is launching a new figure series, designed to offer more accessible and display-friendly collectibles.
The inaugural release in the new “Lucrea light” line is a figure of Amate Yuzuriha (Machu) in her pilot suit, from the hit anime ‘Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX’.
The Gundam franchise, a cornerstone of Japanese animation since 1979, is known for its intricate storylines, political themes, and iconic mobile suit designs.
Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX is the latest addition to this extensive universe, and this figure marks one of the first physical collectibles available for its characters.
The “Lucrea light” series aims to make high-quality figures more attainable for collectors.
As its first entry, the “Lucrea light Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX Amate Yuzuriha (Machu) Pilot Suit Ver.” stands approximately 180mm tall.
The figure depicts Machu in her pilot suit, and a key feature of this release is the inclusion of an interchangeable “smiling” face part, allowing collectors to vary her expression.
Pre-orders for the figure are now open on the Premium Bandai website, with orders scheduled to start shipping to customers in late December.
Priced at an affordable 8,800 yen (approx. $60.82 USD/£45.58 GBP), the “Lucrea light Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX Amate Yuzuriha (Machu) Pilot Suit Ver.” will also be available from most reputable hobby goods retailers.
