Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc Season 2 Unveils New Key Visual
The official social media account for Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. confirmed on March 20, 2026, that the anime series will return for its second season in July 2026.

A new key visual was released alongside the announcement, featuring the magical girls of the titular company and their professional associates.
Toshinori Fukushima, known for his work on Dad is a Hero, Mom is a Spirit, I’m a Reincarnator, will take over as the director at studio J.C.Staff.
Fukushima replaces Masahiro Hiraoka, who directed the first season that originally aired from October to December 2024.
The production team also sees a change in scriptwriting, with Michiko Yokote stepping in to replace Shingo Nagai for the second season.
Returning staff members include chief animation director Masashiro Fujii and composer Makoto Miyazaki.
The series is based on the manga by Sekka Iwata and Yu Aoki, which concluded its run on Shonen Jump+ in July 2025 after reaching 18 total volumes.
Amazon Prime Video currently handles the streaming for the anime, which follows college graduate Kana Sakuragi as she enters the workforce as a professional magical girl.
The narrative centers on a world where exterminating supernatural creatures called Kaii is a regulated business and a highly sought-after career path.
