Fans can look forward to a television special scheduled to premiere on Prime Video in Japan at midnight on March 30, 2026.

The series is based on the popular light novels, with the upcoming special specifically adapting content from the fifth volume of the original story.

The story follows Yuuya, a boy who has faced lifelong bullying and neglect, as he discovers a portal to a magical world inside his late grandfather’s home.

Upon entering this new realm, Yuuya acquires extraordinary skills and treasures that allow him to transform his life in both the fantasy world and the modern-day Earth.

A standard television broadcast for the special will follow shortly after at midnight on March 31, 2026.

Director Shin Itagaki, known for his work on So I’m a Spider, So What?, returns to lead the special at studio Millepensee alongside character designer Hiromi Kimura.
