High On Life 2 Switch 2 Release Pushed to July

Squanch Games has officially announced a delay for the Nintendo Switch 2 version of High On Life 2, pushing the release from its original date of April 20, 2026, to July 1, 2026.
The sequel to the hit comedic shooter originally arrived on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC platforms on February 13, 2026.
In a statement to the community, the development team explained that the shift in schedule is intended to provide more time for production polish to ensure the game meets their internal quality standards.
Players who have already placed digital pre-orders for the Switch 2 version will see those orders canceled due to the change in the launch window.
Physical pre-orders will remain active, though customers should now expect their copies to ship in July 2026 to coincide with the new debut.
The studio expressed gratitude for the patience of their fanbase as they apply additional effort to optimize the first-person shooter experience for Nintendo’s upcoming hardware.
