Hidan and Kakuzu Return as Naruto Shippuden Officially Revisits the Immortal Devastators Arc

Bandai has fully revealed a new Naruto Shippuden Ichiban Kuji collection inspired by the battle against Hidan and Kakuzu, with Shikamaru, Asuma, the two Akatsuki members and Naruto himself leading a wide range of new prizes.
Ichiban Kuji is Bandai’s lottery-style merchandise format, with fans purchasing entries for the chance to receive prizes from different tiers rather than buying each item individually.

The format also includes a special Last One Prize, which is typically awarded to the person who purchases the final remaining ticket at a participating location.
The Hidan and Kakuzu storyline places Team Asuma directly against the Akatsuki duo, ultimately pushing Shikamaru into one of his most personal battles while Naruto completes the new Wind Style technique he had been developing throughout the arc.

Let’s take a look at the full prize lineup for the new “Ichiban Kuji Naruto: Shippuden – Immortal Devastators: Hidan and Kakuzu Arc”!

- B Prize – Asuma Sarutobi MASTERLISE

Asuma receives an approximately 27 cm MASTERLISE figure wearing his flak jacket and forehead protector, with a cigarette held in his mouth to match the detail carried across to Shikamaru’s figure.

Hidan joins the MASTERLISE line as an approximately 25 cm figure wearing his Akatsuki cloak and recreating his appearance from the Immortal Duo storyline.

Bandai previously returned to another major early Naruto Shippuden storyline with June’s “Kazekage Rescue Mission Ichiban Kuji,” which featured MASTERLISE figures of Naruto, Sakura, Kakashi, Gaara and Sasori alongside Deidara as its Last One Prize.

The NARUTO 72 series artwork used for Prizes H and I has also appeared across several other Bandai releases during 2026, including the “Figuarts ZERO Naruto Uzumaki -NARUTO 72 series- 29”, which recreates the cover of manga Volume 29 with Naruto and Gaara, and merchandise sold through the Konoha Market 2026 touring pop-up store such as T-shirts, acrylic art boards and Visual Plate collections.

Each entry for “Ichiban Kuji Naruto: Shippuden – Immortal Devastators: Hidan and Kakuzu Arc” will cost ¥790 (approximately $5 / £4), with the lottery scheduled to launch through Ichiban Kuji Online and official Ichiban Kuji stores in Japan from October 26, 2026.
