Hatsune Miku’s Official Magical Mirai 2026 Design Becomes a Beautiful New Scale Figure

Design COCO has opened pre-orders for their new “Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2026 Ver. 1/7 Scale Figure,” transforming this year’s Magical Mirai key visual into an elegant collectible that perfectly captures the event’s lakeside theme.
Hatsune Miku is the world-famous Vocaloid virtual singer developed by Crypton Future Media, while Magical Mirai is her annual celebration featuring live concerts, exhibitions, and exclusive merchandise that brings fans together from across Japan and around the world.

The figure is based on the main visual for the 14th Magical Mirai event, which had a theme of “Sonare of the Lake,” and recreates Miku as she gently descends beside a shimmering lakeside in artwork originally illustrated by Min.

Her relaxed smile, upward gaze and hand resting softly on her straw hat recreate the original illustration, giving the figure a calm and inviting presence that matches the peaceful atmosphere of the artwork.

The flowing outfit has been sculpted with finely layered ruffles that create the impression of fabric moving in a gentle summer breeze, while the sunflower decorations have been individually detailed to add vibrant bursts of color throughout the design.

Soft translucent paintwork inspired by the surface of the lake enhances the refreshing feel of the scene, with subtle shading and carefully balanced colors helping to recreate the dreamlike atmosphere seen in the official Magical Mirai 2026 visual.

Standing approximately 25.4 cm tall including the display base, the figure has been designed to capture the sense of light, movement, and serenity that made the original illustration such a memorable part of this year’s event.

The “Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2026 Ver. 1/7 Scale Figure” is priced at ¥35,000 (approx. $240 USD / £175 GBP) and is available to pre-order through the official DesignCOCO Store and reputable hobby goods retailers such as HobbyLink Japan that offer international shipping.
The figure is scheduled to ship in August 2027.
