Gundam 00's Exclusive MG Gundam Virtue Gunpla Kit Joins Bandai's Gundam Summer Fest 2026

One of the more substantial Gundam Base exclusives has returned to Premium Bandai US, with the MG 1/100 Gundam Virtue [Clear Color] now back in stock as part of Gundam Summer Fest 2026.

Normally exclusive to physical The Gundam Base stores, the special edition kit is among a large selection of similar Gunpla receiving temporary online availability during the event, making this a rare opportunity for US collectors to pick it up without having to physically head to one of Bandai’s flagship retail outlets.

Based on Tieria Erde’s heavily armored mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam 00, this version takes the already impressive MG Gundam Virtue and replaces much of its exterior armor with transparent clear-color parts.

The clear treatment is particularly effective on a kit like Virtue, allowing parts of the detailed internal construction to remain visible beneath its huge shoulder, chest, leg, and waist armor rather than completely hiding everything underneath.

Gundam Nadleeh is also recreated within the kit, retaining one of the MG Virtue’s biggest features by allowing the bulky outer armor to be removed and revealing the much slimmer Gundam concealed underneath.

Nadleeh’s distinctive head cables are presented in clear coloring as well, giving the exposed mobile suit a finish that complements the transparent Virtue armor rather than simply carrying over the appearance of the standard release.

The removable armor uses detailed backing parts to give the large clear sections additional depth, meaning the transparent finish still preserves the layered mechanical appearance that makes the Master Grade version so striking.

Several armor hatches can also slide open to recreate Gundam Virtue deploying its GN Field, creating an alternative display option that makes particularly good use of the clear exterior parts.

Virtue comes equipped with its enormous GN Bazooka, which can switch between its standard configuration, firing mode, and fully extended Burst Mode.

The weapon can also connect directly to the GN Condenser in Virtue’s chest for the Burst Mode firing position, while the GN Field generators can be deployed around the mobile suit at the same time.

Its two shoulder-mounted GN Cannons add even more firepower, with extending barrels that can be moved above the shoulders to recreate their attack configuration.

Removing the Virtue armor does not leave Nadleeh short of equipment either, as the kit includes its dedicated GN Beam Rifle and GN Shield alongside two GN Beam Sabers stored around the knee armor.

An effect part for the GN Beam Rifle is also included, allowing Nadleeh to be displayed using the weapon’s beam-blade functionality in addition to conventional firing poses.

The kit can accommodate two separately sold green Gunpla LED Units to illuminate the GN Drive, adding another display option that pairs especially well with the transparent exterior of this Clear Color edition.

Two 1/100 scale Tieria Erde figures are also included, representing the Gundam Meister in his pilot suit and the memorable dress appearance from Mobile Suit Gundam 00.

Between the transparent Virtue armor, hidden Gundam Nadleeh, and extensive weapon selection, this is a Clear Color release that does considerably more than simply give an existing MG a different finish.

Its temporary appearance through Premium Bandai US as part of Gundam Summer Fest 2026 is particularly useful for collectors who have wanted the Gundam Base exclusive but previously had limited opportunities to buy it within the US.
