Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising’s Beelzebub Heads to Ketsu Battler as Free Guest Character

KAYAC, the developer behind the unique one-on-one fighting title “Ketsu Battler”, has announced a major addition to its roster.
On January 9, 2026, the company confirmed that Beelzebub, a character known for his appearance in the popular Arc System Works fighting game “Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising”, will join “Ketsu Battler” as a free guest character.

The crossover content will be officially released on January 18. “Ketsu Battler” is an action-fighting game currently available for the Nintendo Switch in the Japanese market and is famously characterized by its core mechanic of “butt shaking” combat.

The addition of a powerhouse like Beelzebub from the established “Granblue Fantasy” series injects a new level of high-profile competition and chaos into the game’s humorous structure.
Beelzebub is traditionally a formidable entity and antagonist within the “Granblue Fantasy” universe, and his introduction to the playful arena of “Ketsu Battler” is highly anticipated.

KAYAC emphasized that this exciting guest appearance will be entirely free for all players who own the game, making the highly anticipated fighter immediately accessible upon his arrival this month.
To celebrate the upcoming collaboration, the developer released a new trailer showcasing the character’s abilities and integration into the fast-paced gameplay.
