Capcom Reveals New Statues of Resident Evil Requiem’s Leon and Grace
Two premium collectibles based on the newest entry in the survival horror series Resident Evil have been officially unveiled by Capcom.
The new “Resident Evil Requiem Capcom Figure Builder Creator’s Model” statues are highly detailed 1/6 scale statues of the game’s two main protagonists, Grace Ashcroft and Leon S. Kennedy.
These figures are being released to support the launch of the upcoming video game Resident Evil Requiem, which is scheduled to hit consoles and PC on February 27, 2026.
The “Creator’s Model” line is Capcom’s flagship merchandise brand, known for large-scale sculpts and intricate paint applications that capture the gritty realism of the source material.
For this release, the sculptors have focused heavily on material textures to bring the characters to life, ensuring that the digital models from the game are faithfully translated into physical media.
The figure of the new protagonist, Grace Ashcroft, emphasizes the realism of her attire, particularly her complex outerwear.
The jacket features a convincing leather texture, while specific engravings on her costume have been sculpted and painted with precision to mimic real-world materials.
Her hair uses a complex multi-part construction method to create a sense of movement and three-dimensional depth, giving her a dynamic appearance that looks natural from any angle.
The figure of the returning veteran, Leon S. Kennedy, focuses on the “presence” of the character through the detailing of his tactical gear.
The sculptors have paid close attention to the wrinkles and folds in his clothing, ensuring that different fabrics, such as the heavy cotton of his pants versus the nylon of his gear, look distinct from one another.
His tactical equipment is reproduced with a high level of precision, capturing the military-grade aesthetic that fans associate with the character.
Both figures come with display bases that feature the emblem of their respective organizations carved into the surface.
These bases are designed to be interconnected, allowing collectors to display Grace and Leon side-by-side as a unified diorama that represents the partnership seen in the game.
The Grace Ashcroft figure is priced at 28,600 yen (approx. $195.00 USD / £155.00 GBP) and is scheduled for release on September 10, 2026.
The Leon S. Kennedy figure carries the same price tag of 28,600 yen (approx. $195.00 USD / £155.00 GBP) but will ship slightly later on November 19, 2026.
Pre-orders for both statues are currently being accepted through the e-Capcom online store and various hobby retailers such as HobbyLink Japan.
